It all opens with an estimate visit. We come to the property, see the rooms for ourselves, and give you a straightforward price with no surprises later. Take your time with it. Ask about crews, days, pets, whatever is on your mind. No one has to know. Our vehicles carry no company markings and the crew wears simple work clothes, so nothing visible from the sidewalk gives anything away.
On cleaning day we take out trash, ruined items, and anything unsafe. Since these sit mixed with things that matter, we sort carefully rather than clearing in bulk.
Good household goods find a second life through a New Mexico charity. Hazardous and biohazard material, along with old appliances and electronics, moves off site through certified handlers who are authorized to accept regulated waste.
Many belongings never leave the property. We clean around them, then set them back in the rooms and spots they came from. Deodorizing and disinfecting afterward is yours to take or skip.
