Where We Work Across New Mexico

All thirty-three counties. Here is the coverage region by region.

Albuquerque Metro

Albuquerque itself, plus Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales and Los Lunas. Also Belen, Placitas, Tijeras and the East Mountains.

The North Valley and South Valley hold a lot of older adobe and long-held family properties, and those jobs need a slower hand. The Heights are newer and larger, so those run long on volume instead.

Santa Fe And The North

Santa Fe, Española, Pojoaque and Eldorado. Also Taos, Las Vegas, Angel Fire, Chimayó and Truchas.

Altitude and narrow historic streets both slow this work, and we schedule accordingly rather than running late.

Northwest

Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield and Gallup. Grants, Milan and Cuba as well.

Southern New Mexico

Las Cruces, Anthony, Sunland Park, Deming, Silver City, Alamogordo and Truth or Consequences.

Summer heat here is a scheduling factor, not an inconvenience. We start early on southern jobs from June through September.

Southeast And The Permian

Roswell, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Artesia, Lovington, Portales and Clovis.

Housing turns over fast in the oilfield towns, and we do a steady volume of rental cleanouts through there.

Rural, Remote And Ranch Properties

A good share of our work is nowhere near a town. Ranch headquarters. Places at the end of eleven miles of dirt. Properties where the nearest neighbor is a long way off, which people assume makes discretion pointless. It does not, and the trucks stay unmarked regardless.

Tribal Lands And Pueblos

We work on tribal land when we are invited to, and we follow the tribe’s process rather than ours. Some nations require permits, escorts or specific approval before an outside contractor may work there, and that is entirely reasonable.

If you live on Navajo Nation, at any of the pueblos, or on Apache land, call and tell us. We will find out what is required rather than guessing, and we will not turn up assuming state rules apply.

Getting Around

Crews run I-25 and I-40 constantly, plus US 550, US 285, US 380 and US 70. For anything well off those, travel is built into the schedule so nobody waits on a doorstep.
